Software installations and set up

We provide installation support for the above software either onsite at your business or via remote assistance with TeamViewer secure screen sharing. Some software may be internet browser based and doesn't require installation on your computer (also known as 'cloud computing').

Setup may  include importing an existing chart of accounts, customers, suppliers and stock. We work with you to ensure the software is correctly configured and in a format that your Accountant can use. We assist with applying the software preferences to suit you for the best software performance . Discussing your reporting requirements and ensuring that the foundations are laid correctly to enable this is also very important

Training

We provide bespoke and tailored interactive training –offering both one-to-one and group training  (for groups up to six people).

Training is structured based on your requirements either on how to use new software, or when you have new staff come on board that need upskilling.

Generally a training session would take up to 2 hours, and trainees are encouraged to do the tasks practically during the session.

Support

Providing a flexible support solution, we are just a phone call away to offer support on a contracted or ad-hoc arrangement. 

Our most popular support option is by phone and TeamViewer which allows us to remotely access the desktop of clients’ computers and servers from anywhere, on a 3G or better internet connection. This access is device agnostic and completely secure, allowing Heidi to work remotely yet responsively with clients wherever they may be based in New Zealand.
